      Awesome opportunities to work with great individuals and learn new things across the full operational spectrum.

      Cons

      Senior leadership - Director level and above - does not reflect the company values that Mr. Ralph Roberts used to establish Comcast. They mimic whatever appears to be trendy without considerations for the company true Business Critical Functions.
