Pros

Subsidized cable and internet. Decent Benefits.

Cons

The advertising division lost their way. During the Comcast Spotlight era the company seemed to appreciate employees more. As Comcast Spotlight morphed into Effectv employees became nothing more than metrics. Constant change for the sport of it made a once great job become unnecessarily challenging and resulted in significant employee turnover. Change in division culture saw the unexpected firing of some great managers whose performance numbers were quite good , but they simply no longer "fit in" with the new culture.
