Pros

Learned how to deal with difficult people. Benefits are good. Pay overall is good.

Cons

As soon as we started work from home due to covid the company culture completely went out the door. I was very open with my supervisors about my autoimmune medical condition. The stress from the job slowly starting to make my health worse and ironically my Xfinity internet kept giving me issues. Supervisors and managers assumed I was just call avoiding and began gaslighting me. They never recommended that I have a technician come out and check things out. A year later a technician came out (this was after I had quit because the stress from this company made my health so bad) and the tech suggested I had a multi dwelling unit technician come out and check the line providing internet. He found out quickly that the line is faulty and causes my signal to drop up to 50 times a day. So all that stress and making my health worse was for absolutely no reason. And it is crazy because as soon as I put in my two week notice a lot of my symptoms stopped… what does that tell you?

Free cable Work from home

Cons

Pay is bad. They don't pay their reps what they deserve. Many supervisors are unknowledgable about policy and procedures. They allow supervisors to treat reps like garbage and harrass them even when it's brought up to management and HR. The pay goes down every year and commission. Free cable and internet are nice but not worth it. No room to grow unless you drink the kool-aid and kiss their butt. Never rewarded for good customer service it's all about pushing the customers to buy and almost making you be unethical. The price of services are ridiculous and keep going up yet pay keeps going down. They Care so much about the community yet ignore their employees
