Pros

-Company resources -Knowledgeable people -Company benefits -Hybrid work environment/ flexibility

Cons

-Terrible relationship between sales and sales development (SD)- they work together but it's usually a painful process. Managers are not very involved and if they are it's bc it's a firedrill. -Sales and SD leadership does not care about their people which in turn leaves people high and dry with challenges- you're thrown to the wolves and have to figure it out. If you ask for help it's seen negatively. They're very much self-serving. -Leadership cares so much about revenue and closing sales that it comes at the cost of the process, they'll do anything to close business whether that's running people under the bus or catering to toxic clients with ridiculous demands that end up being extremely time consuming. -Be prepared for departments or positions to be eliminated. There's high turn over and then people aren't replaced, They find excuses to let people go who don't cater to the system. Little heads up or explanations when these things happen. -Little growth opportunities unless you're in Philly or NY where the larger headquarters are. They say there are virtual jobs available but that's not really true. It's difficult to change jobs internally even though they say it's encouraged. -Make sure you negotiate the highest salary up front. If you're lucky and do a "good' job (which is really going above/beyond your role) you might get 3% increase annually which is not even enough to cover yearly inflation. Bonuses haven't been paid at 100% recently either.
