There is nothing positive about Comcast. This is HIGH pressure sales, for minimal pay period!
Cons
High pressure sales, unfair commission structure, unobtainable goals, no sales opportunities, low low pay, poor training, poor benefits. EVERYTHING they tell you while being hired is a lie, Most of your calls are non sales related but those calls go against you and your goals. The structure is designed to get the most out of you while paying you the very least possible. Be prepared to only make $14 and hour. If you don't make your goals, you only get a tiny bit of commission. Other companies pay over $20 base and you will not even get close to that. There is no integrity with Comcast, They want you to lie and manipulate the customer to trick them claiming they will be saving money when in reality they rarely do. This company doesn't care about the customer, only the amount you can extract from them. You are always in coaching with them telling you how bad you are doing and opportunities you missed. Supervisors are not helpful and will just continue to berate you. The stress and pressure is unimaginable. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!!!
