Pros

The monthly commission, the health and wellness benefits and the back end perks were nice

Cons

The job plays on your mental health. The constant negativity that you deal with on the phones and then you feel lack of support from your leaders because they are hyper focused on their next move and the next metric they want you to improve so that it improves their check and their image within the company

Pros

Easy to get your foot in the door and get experience with close to none prior.

Cons

Company directives are ancient, and are not flexible enough to stay competitive and retain talent. Mandatory RTO has bled the company of much needed talent. Pay is on average lower than market value and recently there is no opportunity for career growth within perspective organizations. The only incentive to stay with the company are the benefits, however they are fairly standard compared to most larger companies. More and more layoffs have been happening to teams that are critical to the day to day operations. Only people seeming to advance their careers are those who blindly follow executive leadership, even when most of the time it is the wrong choice for the customer experience and employee well being.

Free cable and internet and option to purchase discounted stock.

Cons

The management here is unaware of business practices and it starts from the top down. Difficult and demanding work culture. Zero help or support from management. Harassment and inappropriate work culture. They drove their sales team into the ground and are focused on profit not clients or employees. This is not a place you want to be. The way they sell is not advantageous to clients.
