Pros

You get to help people grow in their career. Solving customers problems is a plus. Company hires from within and you can grow very fast in pay if you put in the work. Will always have work in the cable industry.

Cons

Depending on market metrics can be tough and job ending. Not having a good leader can make the job harder and stressful. You will trade time for money and work a lot. Very poor work life balance.
