Gain experience in the telecommunications field and achieve self worth .

Cons

Some in leadership possess motives and ideals that are dangerous to the atmosphere that the company possesses. Some are not held to the same rules as others at a lower level.

Pros

Like doing the work, no one looking over your shoulder. Free cable and internet.

Cons

Pay, management, routers, dispatch, everything is a joke and you get nailed for things out of your control which then affects the raise you won't get.

Pros

I liked the fact that they hire entry level and provide paid training.benefits are good and they have tuition reimbursement.

Cons

The starting salary is too low and not very competitive there is also very little room for advancement . Previous experience is not recognized for higher pay.
