Pros

Great working and building relationships with variety of patients.

Cons

Management had room for lots of improvement. Very short staffed, and the schedule and management team would harass you at all hours to offer you unstaffed clients. Pay compensation is below average compared to other companies in the area.

Pros

None really. They are at the bottom of the barrel.

Cons

Can earn the same wage with 20 plus years of experience as the local starting wage at Wal-Mart kwik trip or McDonald's . The Wisconsin management doesn't manage. They simply quit and get fired a lot. They also put their employees at risk for injury.
