Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Comfort Keepers is to work one on one with the clients and help them to be as independent as possible and live in their own homes. It is hard work but is very rewarding.

Cons

Some downsides of working at Comfort Keepers include short staffing of workers in the homes and a constantly changing schedule. The communication was also poor.

Pros

Comfort Keepers claim to put employees first and then clients. For the most part this is true. It really depends on the owners and how they have established the culture of the business.

Cons

Not many areas to be promoted. Depending on the size of the operation you may only have one or two management positions and one or two scheduling positions. Basically that's it for advancement for caregivers.
