Pros

They try to give you days off that you need and hours you need.

Cons

You often don't get enough hours and they hire new people and give them hours.

Pros

As a family run franchise you get direct contact with every one in management. You can walk right in a chat with the Administrator, HR and Finance with out an appointment. There is a very friendly office culture where the staff is familiar with each other on a professional and personal basis.

Cons

Its pro is also a proponent of its con. The familiarity in the office often crosses the professional line and family squabbles permeate the office. Updates and work situations are discussed after work hours and the other office members are not always promptly notified.
