-When I was first hired they promised and guaranteed upward mobility in company, only to tell us much later on that there was no upward mobility and probably wouldn’t be for multiple more years. -abysmal compensation, not competitive with market and not even Cost of Living raise to help us with inflation rates -expected us to be able to sell multiple products without giving us the proper training to even know their selling points -Quota was already tough to attain, then quota became basically impossible to attain because of much higher numbers -even the AEs want out -Took away the person that was acting as our SDR manager, and expected the CRO to be our manager despite him being way too busy and having more important things to worry about than SDR work, basically leaving us without leadership -had no CRM, tried forcing us to use SalesLoft without having Salesforce which functionally makes no sense -some of the sales management treated some of the SDRs with complete disrespect -nobody cared about what senior SDRs had to say about what processes worked and what didn’t, management only cared about pushing through their changes -tried to get salesforce for us only to have to keep pushing back the date for the team to finally be able to use it because they kept running into issues -seems like SDR team won’t even exist at the company within a few months’ time. DO NOT COME, you’ll probably be thrown out with the whole team shortly after
