There is really little to no room for career advancement at Command Alkon. There are thinly veiled promotions with no pay increase but an increase in responsibilities. Management does not care about your growth, your pay, your success. Lots of micromanagement and no trust even when you succeed. No path for growth and no support. The sales side of the organization is mismanaged, territories unfairly distributed, and higher pressure than anywhere I have worked. The pay is below industry standard. There are higher and higher turnover rates here. Take what you will from that fact.

Rushed and poorly coordinated software development process with pitifully scarce testing. Expect zero training. Understaffed on purpose. Many of my co-workers were "too busy" to ever reply to messages, and yet management somehow believes they have the bandwidth to get by without me! It feels like the company now exists as a profit source for the private equity group that acquired them.
