I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place deserves one. - Poor and out of touch management team - Lack of proper leadership - There’s no honesty throughout the onboarding and pre-employment process - Expect to train yourself (training here does not exist) - Little to no diversity, most of the management and sales team consists of middle aged white men - The little diversity that exists consists of a team in Colombia and overseas outsourced labor - No opportunities for career development and growth - Lack of unity and communication across departments - No proper database or organization - this company literally does not know what products their customers have - Bought by a private equity firm that is focused on numbers rather than culture - Quota for the sales team has been tripled but the company is unable to fulfill half the orders

- Frequent layoffs and turnover - Executive team is devoid of energy, not at all motivational - Some very big egos, a lot of information silos, adverse to change - Much of the tech being used is out of date - Benefits are not great - Almost zero diversity, very few people of color or women on the engineering (U.S.) and executive teams - Seems that many of the higher-paying engineering positions are being replaced with cheaper labor in India/Ukraine
