Pros

They provide a paycheck that pays the bills.

Cons

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place deserves one. - Poor and out of touch management team - Lack of proper leadership - There’s no honesty throughout the onboarding and pre-employment process - Expect to train yourself (training here does not exist) - Little to no diversity, most of the management and sales team consists of middle aged white men - The little diversity that exists consists of a team in Colombia and overseas outsourced labor - No opportunities for career development and growth - Lack of unity and communication across departments - No proper database or organization - this company literally does not know what products their customers have - Bought by a private equity firm that is focused on numbers rather than culture - Quota for the sales team has been tripled but the company is unable to fulfill half the orders

The industry is filled with good hard working people and we provide the technology to help their job easier and their businesses more efficient. As the industry at large moves to cloud-based technology to streamline operations and enhance integrations across functions, Command Alkon is poised to lead the technological transformation in the years ahead. Leadership at Command Alkon is a group of special people and opportunities to succeed and thrive exist throughout the organization

Cons

The workforce largely is remote and building and maintaining culture is more difficult in that structure but a conscious effort is made at all levels to ensure continuity in values
