      Good culture and healthy business, but limited growth and low pay

      Good people, good culture, and healthy business.

      Cons

      Although the company is doing well and growing, growth and promotions from within have been extremely limited. Outside of sales roles, pay is low-market. No profit sharing or equity for employers. Willingness to spend on tools and new additions, but seemingly not willing to invest in their current team. Full remote culture, while largely a benefit, can feel isolating at times.

      Pros

      CommandLink is a great place to work. Supportive leadership, strong culture, real career growth, and teammates who care. I feel valued, challenged in a good way, and excited to come to work every day.

      Cons

      If I had to pick a con, it would be that CommandLink moves quickly. This is great for growth, but it may feel overwhelming for someone who prefers a slower environment.
