Good culture and healthy business, but limited growth and low pay

Pros

Good people, good culture, and healthy business.

Cons

Although the company is doing well and growing, growth and promotions from within have been extremely limited. Outside of sales roles, pay is low-market. No profit sharing or equity for employers. Willingness to spend on tools and new additions, but seemingly not willing to invest in their current team. Full remote culture, while largely a benefit, can feel isolating at times.

Awesome place to work in

Pros

Extremely nice people and lots of incredible and talented folk to work with Jason and the whole management team has the client as first priority and really focused on delivering an awesome product!

Cons

Given that is a large company it's a bit difficult to know what is the best product one can built for the client as a Software Engineer, but it's a solvable problem, not a deal breaker.

Pros

The teams are comprised of individuals who get results. This company moves forward at a fast pace. The idea of success is in ingrained in the company culture. The people are also fun and smiles are common on every call. The idea of having an internal dev team changes everything. Problems identified by employees are fixed in the platform. Suggestions about features are actually heard!

Cons

It can be intense sometimes.
