Leadership or a lack thereof is toxic. They are the equivalent of the Mean Girls. Borderline unethical. They treat employees like garbage. HR is a joke. I watched all of the decent leaders burnout quickly and leave. I over heard program leaders bash their employees and make statements like, "their mental health diagnosis isn't real" and "they must be diagnosable." Terrible things from licensed mental health workers.
