I have nothing positive to say about this company.

Cons

Icky “1440” culture- saying the company is “employee first” but the stress and expectations are disturbingly high. Virtually no support to those in the day-to-day. Benefits are lacking and the 401k employer “match” caps at $250/year… not very employee first. Super political environment and an abundance of nepotism. Unfit management with massive egos exploiting low income individuals at the senior living communities everyday to line their own pockets. Very cliquey and weird environment. For those working at CSIG- you can do a lot better elsewhere.

Cool coworkers (YMMV), okay PTO (after a year), flexible with time off, a good starting point

In office, excessive push for company culture, fight tooth and nail for any compensation changes.
