Stay Away from Corporate Office

Pros

There are opportunities for growth within the company due to it's size. People seem happier at hospital sites than at Corporate

Cons

They're on a mission to make more money, not to extend any sort of healing ministry. Decisions get delayed by senior leadership who don't really listen to front-line staff. They struggle to practice the values they preach and the culture at the corporate office is abysmal - it felt like Office Space more often than not. I do not recommend that anyone work for this organization, especially at Corporate.

Disappointing

Pros

Not really sure anymore that there are any. The healthcare is decent.

Cons

Upper management knew about the terrible and emotionally abusive way that our Manager treated our team and did nothing. Multiple people went to employee relations, comments were made to other managers and still nothing was done. It took the entire team leaving before they realized the damage this person did and it was too late. This is not in line with being a "People First" company at all. There is no voice that you have and you are not heard. You are just a number. It's ok to be demeaned and have your job threatened and to be told you are not important. This company simply needs to do better. Look at the turnover with the entire HR department in the last year and you will see there is an issue. This manager is in a lesser role but was able to keep her job and at the same pay with the same benefits, even with proof she was creating a toxic work environment.

Pros

Worked with some amazing people and made some great friends. Other than that do not waste your time.

Cons

One of the worst places I have ever worked. Upper management has no idea what the mission is as they do not practice the mission or values. Non-profit? Bull!
