Everyone loves the mission and works hard, but there's an emphasis on work/life balance. Smart management, constant improvement, and warm, fun people.

Cons

Normal nonprofit stuff: not enough money/opportunity to do what you want, trade-offs, etc. But still great.

Very low salary for level of education received; expected caseload number unreasonably high; too much paperwork; not enough support from supervisors; very poor training received upon hiring; relatively no potential for career growth
