Pros

Independent working at a school based work. Well supported by Program manager and other staff. Good benefits

Cons

Lots of over-site and people leaving during the year, Pay rate could be better for all the work required for this job.

Pros

The program staff are dedicated and invested in the communities they work in, and are some of the most fantastic people to have as colleagues. In the past there was a solid pipeline of promoting from inside the organization, which meant that people stepping into new roles already knew the organization and the constituents.

Cons

There is a lack of internal administrative, data management, and HR structure that has steadily grown over the years and begun to cause challenges that they are attempting to address. The compensation has also been static for a long time, despite rapidly rising costs in Seattle.
