Pros

The support, understanding and time off. Best of all, there's no micro managing. I love my independence and the autonomy here. It is great that I get to call all the shots. As long as you have in all the required paperwork in a timely manner, you're set. What you do is up to you. No one can really tell you how to do your job, because your job is very specific to your personality. you'll have to be very good with kids though.

Cons

Very poor pay and not very good benefits either.
