No direction or support

Pros

The continuing education opportunities, the kids, the atmosphere in the beginning

Cons

Pay is horrible for everything you’re expected to do, little to no direction or support from management, no consistency in what we were trained on and what we’re actually doing. This is a marketing job disguised as a social services job. Management is inconsistent and does not show up until something is wrong or someone has concerns. No overtime
