Pros

Quality-driven data programming. Very meticulous reporting that was easy to code once trained in.

Cons

Poor compensation. Houston starting range for Licensed Master's Level was 45k at college campus and even lower at k-12 sites

Pros

Good opportunity to get some social work/education experience out of college if you can afford to live on peanuts.

Cons

Pay is terrible, even for a non-profit. Hence turnover rate is high, which causes lack of confidence and respect among school administrators.

Hours, independence, apply your own ideas & projects as long as the paperwork & guidelines are within time phrase.

Cons

Too many cases per person to truly be able to focus & give the kids much in need your undivided attention.
