Good people, good hours, good benefits

Cons

The pay is awful, the turnover is constant, and the leadership refuse to do anything to fix it. Our bonus last year was a $7 gift card to Amy's Ice Cream.

-No supervisor/manager micromanaging -Great benefits -Working directly with students -Being creative to meet the needs of students -Building relationships -Regular office hours -All regular holidays out of school (and all of July!)

Cons

-No upward mobility to grow professionally -A lot of changes every year with new or revised operational procedures -A lot of meetings (some unnecessary) -Sometimes no down time for self-care -Compensation is low
