Pros

Work and life balance taken in to consideration.

Cons

Management that sits behind the desk are constantly making up rules for folks on the ground. Management is a tad bit ignorant to the challenges that comes said rules because they don’t work closely with clients.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, useful meaningful trainings, supportive and caring supervisors, bonuses and incentives, team building activities,

Cons

The only con I can think of is the medical benefit not being ideal for me personally, as I live in RI and it is a MA health company. It is still affordable, but not as useful as I would like.
