Pros

Depending on the client that you have it can be a very layer back job. All you really have to worry about is collecting date and helping your client grow. You get about a $1 raise every year. They have random bonuses. They are pretty good at providing supplies that you need for work. At time will have little gifts for employees.

Cons

I hear it pays way less than other companies that provide the same services. Sometimes the bonus is announced with too much of a short notice so you might not qualify. They can switch you client when ever they want. Sometimes I have trouble cashing out my vacation time.
