Lack of flexibility especially during the pandemic - they did not care about the health and safety of their staff. We were expected to work onsite in the beginning of the pandemic and instructed to do door-to-door knocking, even with confirmed cases on the property. Senior management in Community Life really micromanaged during this time while they worked from the comfort of their homes.
