Pros

I believe in the mission... Respect, Dignity, Quality of Life, etc...

Cons

Time and talents of employees are not appreciated. Unrealistic demands are placed on individuals. Work load is high, compassion does not exist.

Pros

Flexible scheduling for patient visits.

Cons

Health insurance costs continue to rise. Management worries more about nickles and dimes instead of the big picture. Far too many unproductive meetings. If you like paperwork, and doing the same paperwork a million times, this is the place for you. Will fire very capable employee to keep someone who is blatantly incompetent but a management favorite. Don't think that if you are an outstanding employee that you will not be fired at the drop of a hat when management decides to tighten the belt again.

Pros

I love working for Community Care because they show care for their employees in actions as well as words. They encourage employee growth, and leaders are responsive to employee feedback and are willing to adjust operations as able to maximize the strengths of their staff. They are also a company who not only teaches, but exemplifies a commitment to diversity and inclusion in their workforce.

Cons

The only thing I would like to see Community Care do a better job of is increasing staff accountability so that those who aren't pulling their weight aren't pulling down the staff who are.
