Pros

Flexibility- nobody cares where you are, or if you’re actually doing your job. I know many people who work 2nd jobs during business hours because there is no accountability. If you want to do what you want while drawing a paycheck, this job is for you!

Cons

There is ZERO accountability and training for care management staff. Documentation stays the same year after year with no updates made. Home visits with members are 15 minutes. Turnover and caseloads are very high and staff are always looking for shortcuts as a result. Pretty easy to do when no one checks. HR and IT are awful. At this point, I would not trust my loved one’s care to this agency.

Great place

Pros

Favoritism is understandable when relatives and friends with extensive experience are invited and hired. In this IT department, qualified employees with extensive experience are fired thanks to the old boy network. The target employee is exposed to unbearable working conditions and a climate of coercion to resign. As a result, in most cases, the employee quits.

Cons

If the victim doesn't leave, the managers fire him with unfounded accusations.
