Not a great company!

Pros

None the company was bought by CCFI and it's been going downhill ever since for employees and customers.

Cons

Offers a crappy base pay and even finds ways to lower your store profit which will lower your monthly bonus. Like in March 2 days before payroll they took 20k from my profit which lowered my check by 1k. I went from making 6k a month on average to 3k a month on average. The hours changed over time they will extend the hours with a same day notice. Management talks to its DDOs like garbage if their district is failing to sell high interest loans. You only have 2 employees in an office which is difficult when there is a high turnover rate. I feel terrible for the employees who put in 10 plus years because it amounted to nothing. Interest went way up on loans and corporate is taking over more simple tasks.

Pros

It was a job to work from home.

Cons

Company was bought out by them & things went down hill. They took many things away like holiday pay, vacation no raises to managers & supervisors. Was a great company when Curo financial owned but the new company CCFI owner is greedy & does not appreciate the good employees. Could not stay with company taking things away from workers. Lost the treated like family feel. Could not yake off time when needed even if you had built up time to use. It was denied.
