Some good people in some positions.

Cons

No vision from upper most management beyond buying other companies and expanding the kingdom. Latest company bought is taking over and kicking out good people to keep their own. Somehow the latest acquisition is putting all of their people in the highest positions. Who bought who? Management won't listen to the data being presented showing what processes work or don't. Experience means little, loudest idea wins. Beware of working here.

There aren’t any for average employees but it looks like executives have a great time.

Cons

-pay -pay -pay -SVPs who constantly post online bragging about their lavish lifestyles. Glad someone is benefiting from the bonuses you snatched from us! I’ve struggled to pay my mortgage since March but as long as the execs are able to live in luxury I guess the rest of us can make sacrifices.

Pay plan is $19 an hour for GM and 5% of monthly store profit (which the company takes a portion of every chance they get) so if you only profited 5k for the month, congrats you just worked 160 hours to make 3k a month while being responsible for a whole teams, their progress and the stores progress! A couple years ago it was easy to make over $60k at Titlemax. Before CCFI bought Titlemax, there was a new loan bonus and profit bonus, now it is only profit and a FRACTION of what it used to be.
