Business Outlook
Pros
The office was close to my home. It is a M-F position. The staff were friendly and supportive. However, not the management staff. We provided End of Life care to terminally ill patients. It is rewarding. My Clincal supervisor was caring, supportive and knowledgable.
Cons
The company was purchased in 2014. We have gone through multiple staff due to unrealistic expectations. I worked many 10-11 hour days without compensation. Management staff are not supportive or caring. You are never recognized for your hard work. They are critical.
