CHS is a for-profit company, not willing to pay locals more, but rather pay locums huge amounts more,

The cons are well let me start with the contempt and outright disrespect for their employees the management team is uneducated and unprofessional . Their training power points are a joke I am in Graduate school and know the trends and management skills that work this company is so far behind the times and that is sad because the patient care and employes needs go unmet on a regular basis. They do not want people with the experience they want sheep. So glad that I am no longer there it really was a God send and a blessing to be fired but still a horrible and stressful experience with this company and 6 years of my professonal experience wasted oh well their loss.
