Lack of strategic management. Lack of professional development or growth opportunities, especially for nonclinical staff. Lack of reward/raises/recognition/appreciation. Lack of meaningful work. Kind of a slow, dinosaur company, struggling to get up to speed with the times. Bureaucratic.

A good amount of people are getting paid under or at the national minimum for their jobs. Higher ups in company do not seem to really listen to engineers as many basic needs for a network are severely lacking when it comes to managing them, monitoring them and getting support. No real vision as to where the company wants to go or how to manage a way to get to where they are trying to go, mainly because of issue with higher ups hampering a lot of projects. Too many Chiefs thorught all of CHS way to little actual technicians, engineers etc.
