      One of the Worst Companies I Have Worked for in the Area.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule for some departments. Some people get assistance in time of need if they are well known/liked. Open door policy for some management. Company constantly tries to improve efficiency.

      Cons

      *low pay *favoritism gets promotions instead of skill *incentive plan not favorable to employees *attendance policy stricter than most area companies *poor leadership/management *insurance too expensive

      Pros

      Good benefits. Small community hospital. Love my co-workers. Weekends only.

      Cons

      Greedy, greedy, greedy administration. Keeping all the monies and giving little to no bonuses. No opportunity to move up. They offer tuition assistance but refuse to approve you for it because they think you might leave. No weekend option pay. Work everyone at the very bare minimum staff to save dollars which in turn, over works the staff there and makes them hate their jobs.

      Pros

      Local, friendly staff, dedicated employees, nice volunteers.

      Cons

      Facility is unkept, dirty, no money is spent on upkeep and maintenance of the facility. It is a disgrace!
