Job security was a major plus and decent PTO and sick (paid) time. Works with your schedule and will allow you to work from home occasionally depending on your supervisor but need to build trust first.

Cons

Terrible executive leadership (more like dictators). Very low yearly increases and will always have a gap of what you are getting paid vs. what the jobs actually pays according to their pay scale.

Cons

The work can be stressful, the days can be long, they offer alot of overtime which can be good or bad depending on the person,.
