      Good benefits, nice working conditions, good patient care

      Cons

      The number one complaint you will hear is that management does not consider the voice of their employees. There is also a perception that they are a very greedy organization, at the expense of their hard working employees.

      Pros

      reasonable starting salary. Flex-time for working shift. Coworkers are mostly helpful unless they are management.

      Cons

      Management lacks leadership. The training is expected to be done on your own time. even if you are hourly. They do not promote unless you know the upper management personally. Regardless of skill or accomplishment your manager will take credit unless it goes badly then they will blame you.
