      This company is all about the bottom line on the corporate spreadsheet, and not the employees or patients.

      Pros

      Big company, solid, and corporate support has gotten much better. Large company means more colleagues to share ideas and info with.

      Cons

      Hospital staff are overworked and stressed. Everyone is expected to wear too many hats or be replaced, and then ridiculed when you aren't able to perform to their standards despite not having the necessary resources to do the job - time, equipment, budget, etc...

      Corporate is strict. if you fail to have good reviews or cannot make goal in collections you risk losing your job. Even if your customer service is great.
