      It went from good to terrible in less than a month.

      Pros

      The staff and the psychiatrists I directly worked with as well as the patients. There really isn't anything else positive I can say.

      Cons

      Always short-staffed; upper management expects nurses to work more than 48 hrs/week; upper management tends to get rid of directors who know how to run the unit well.
