There was a cafeteria on the first floor of the same building.

Cons

Execs resent suggestions of common sense approach to completing projects. Looked forward to going to work at the beginning; with change of I.T. dept Mgr, new manager had multiple faces, and atmosphere became similar to dictatorship and walking on egg-shells. Word to the wise, be sure you are happy with your role and income going in, because it won't get better.

Insurance is okay. Free cokes.

Cons

Management is horrible. A very unorganized department. No one knows what to do. No training provided. The pay is terrible. I see invoices everyday of the money this place waste, but yet they don't pay the employees a decent salary.

The company has good benefits.Wayne Smith has a good sense of business its his Management, Supervisors, Directors and upper team management that is running good people away from CHS. THEY do not appreciate their staff.

Cons

Management is unorganized and they lead you on for advancements the pay is not worth it. The work load is outrageous and they break policies for those they chose to give favor to and hire family members at higher salary. Over stressed work environment.
