Pros
Decent health benefits (although they could have been better since it's a health care company)
Cons
Too much work, not enough support. The corporate structure works in silos which creates duplication of effort and and endless stream of requirements while they keep staff at a minimum. There is no support. You can never work hard enough and will never satisfy the requirements.
