Benefits are generous and resourceful staff dedicated to good work.

Cons

Employees are not valued. Leadership decisions are made without input. CEO is terrible but thinks he is charming and amazing.

Your co- workers can be great- unfortunately due to high turnover and no action to combat you will have new co workers quarterly.

Pros

They have good health benefits and nice staff at clinics.

Cons

The corporate side of the company is draining. Clinics tell you to view each patient with care, but corporate wants to you to view them as numbers. A LOT of turnover at this company and a lot of distrust between employees and higher ups. Benefits were good - compensation was not. Also, this company prides its diversity, but it's only diverse at the lower levels, but all the corporate jobs are white old men.
