Cons

They seemed to have lost sight of their mission. Disappointed that the bottom line seemed to be more important to this non-profit that the help they could give people.

Pros

Working hands on with at risk families is the best part.

Cons

The management is not helpful and it is hard to get work done when we are asked to sub constantly in the classrooms.

Very hands on with the families and children.

Cons

Difficult to complete all required tasks due to having to fill in as a substitute teacher and assist in other classrooms on an on call basis.
