Pros

Only Pros to this company is the time paid off, if you are able to use it and working with the clients.

Cons

There is no personal- work life balance. This company will work you to death with no care in the world that you may have a family or any kind of health conditions. When you get hired they are not in anyway honest about how much you will actually work and how you are mandated to work. You can work days in a row with very little sleep and be expected to be at one hundred percent, which is not safe for the clients or yourself. When you make a mistake because of the lack of sleep or energy you have because of being worked beyond burn out, there is no understanding whatsoever. You are not even offered a break but continued to push through with a a slap on your wrist and a write up. When it comes to support when dealing with staff who say and do what they want and basically are disrespectful to everyone, there is zero support. You are basically told to brush it under the rug, do not take it personally and move on from it. Basically the staff run the homes and supervisors are glorified babysitter’s that really have no say. When it is brought up to higher ups, they aggressively pacify and make excuses for why staff act the way they do and justify it. So staff get away with everything and anything even when it comes to client care. So staff run the company because this company is so desperate for bodies that they will hire just about anybody to work there. There is constant fighting amongst staff in front of clients, which causes clients to have behaviors and again nothing is done about it. It’s worse than being in high school. There is no recognition for your hard work, no bonuses, rewards or raises. This company is for profit as well and they only care about money. They truly do not care about the clients. Homes are falling apart or may need items but yet the budget is the only thing that is ever brought up. If they do repairs it’s done in the cheapest way possible and not the safe test way possible. If you want a job where all you do is sleep, eat, bleed and breathe work this job is for you. Otherwise run as fast as you can away from this place!
