Great support from staff but it’s largely dependent on the department. Room for growth and a lot of opportunities throughout the organization.

Cons

Low pay. One of the lowest for behavioral health.

Pros

The clients are great and taught me a lot about understanding/working with individuals that have IDD. If you make the right connections you can easily work your way up within the company.

Cons

Management is the worst! If you don’t have connections from within or make them quick you are screwed. Good luck getting scheduled. Good luck getting vacations approved. Part time and per diem get basically no benefits.
