You are able to help those in need.

Cons

The company itself, the people it employs, and the culture of the workplace are toxic. This is a pretty large generalization and of course, it could not possibly be so terrible everywhere. That said, I worked in many places and heard many stories about how poorly employees were treated. I would not recommend working for this company unless you desperately need a job.
