      not a lot of support when short staffed. When help is needed no one answers the phone.

      Pros

      CSG is there for their employees 110%! They do not believe in working people to the bone, they promote empowerment of mental/physical health and wellness of employees, and provide employees with amazing benefit options. When you work for CSG you feel like you have a company that backs you and is there for you as an employee which is very hard to find. I would strongly recommend applying into a position within the company if this falls within your skills & expertise area(s).
