The consumers are wonderful to work for, but you need dedication and empathy to be able to do so. The pay was not as much as some companies, but not as low as others.

Some friendly co-workers. Nice location.

Cons

Have to use personal PTO for all holidays, so you really don't get much PTO. Unfriendly staff. Lacking communication; job roles aren't clearly specified.
